Meet your coach.
Hi, I'm Cat. I'm a Certified Professional Life Coach in Spokane, Washington. I work with people who are ready to make profound self-discoveries to live more abundant, vibrant and healthy lives.
I coach on subjects with which I am intimately familiar: health and wellness, living with chronic pain, living mindfully, life transition, LGBT issues, relationships, communication, connection with source, job burnout, visualizing and goal setting, self-care, life's purpose, and personal development.
I am a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member and have conquered addictions such as cigarettes, drugs and alcohol. I discovered and maintain balance in my life through meditation, exercise, connecting with nature and being present in my relationships and daily life.
I received my bachelor's degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising/Public Relations in 1987 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. I built my career over the next 20 years as a self-employed graphic designer and communications professional/consultant. Through the years I have been a lifelong learner, finishing classes ranging in subjects from photography to investing. I received my certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, one of only a few coach training programs accredited by the International Coach Federation.
I don't just talk the talk, I walk the talk; which means that I practice every life principle I coach. Contact me for more information about how coaching can change your life.
